ABOUT US
Created in 2009, the GW's Pre-Law Student Association offers its members and the greater GW community a plethora of law-related events and workshops. PLSA offers students the opportunity to network with distinguished professionals in law, to learn about the different aspects of the legal profession, and to get started on law school admissions prep. We welcome anyone interested in aiding us in our vision either by joining as a member or by sharing your expertise.
GW PLSA promotes scholastic excellence in its members, provides an opportunity for pre-law undergraduate students to network, inspires professional ethics amongst those involved, allows members to enhance legal writing skills, and provides learning opportunities about different aspects of the legal profession. The organization also provides tools to assist in law school application process so that each member, regardless of financial status, can be prepared for a future in the legal field. Members have the opportunity to publish in the Undergraduate Law Review and the Justice Journal as well as share their knowledge with other pre-law students, distinguished law school professors and administrators, and renowned lawyers.
